FIELDS OF APPLICATION / INTEGRATED SOLUTIONS

Thanks to the extraordinary versatility of the X-SULE® fluid platform, the advanced engineering of our functional coated mediums, and the milestone development of our X-BREATHE architecture, we are able to solve complex thermal management, insulation, and distributed energy optimization challenges across multiple strategic sectors through dedicated vertical solutions.

  1. Resilient Building, Remediation, and PropTech (Efficiency and Passive Upgrades) The construction sector finds a definitive answer for indoor microclimate management and building envelope resilience within our dedicated architectural lines, targeted precisely at planar climate management, moisture remediation, and high-efficiency thermal balancing.

  • Structural Remediation and Mold Control with WALLHOT (Active Line): Installed under plaster or as a breathable wall finish, the system (powered at a safe 24V extra-low voltage) raises the surface temperature of the walls past the dew point. This process eliminates the physical environment required for mold formation at its root and rapidly dries out condensation moisture, without altering the natural vapor permeability of the masonry.

  • Passive Summer Climate Control with X-COOL (Passive Shielding): Utilized in a fully passive mode on the inner surfaces of walls and ceilings, it functions as an advanced thermophysical cushion that dampens the external thermal energy passing through the walls during peak solar radiation. By permanently mitigating radiant wall heat, it recreates a refreshing, balanced indoor climate—an authentic "natural cave effect" reminiscent of high-mass historic structures—drastically reducing the dependency on high-energy cooling systems (HVAC).

  • Integrated Global Comfort with XYRA (Thermal Balancing System): Our top-of-the-range solution for sustainable architecture and PropTech projects requiring a continuous, bidirectional radiant layout capable of active winter warming and passive summer heat-wave mitigation, ensuring year-round environmental stabilization at minimal operational costs.

  1. Smart Apparel, Logistics, and Specialized Protection. In the technical textile, defense, and specialized containment sectors, managing extreme temperatures and integrating field-ready functional capabilities requires ultra-lightweight, high-flexibility media capable of performing under severe operational stress.

  • Advanced Heat Mitigation with TEX-COOL (Textile Protection): Applied directly onto the interior side of specialized fabrics, this technology acts as a passive barrier that mitigates external thermal flows before they reach the user. By regulating the microclimate within the air pocket in contact with the skin, it provides immediate thermal relief and minimizes heat stress for operators and high-performance athletes in an autonomous, zero-energy manner.

  • Emergency Thermal Management with WALLHOT (Specialized Liners): This active technology can be integrated into high-flexibility, field-deployable equipment such as specialized emergency thermal linings and temporary shelter layouts. Operating exclusively at ultra-low safety voltages, the continuous layout generates immediate, uniform surface warmth while utilizing the natural porosity of the host substrate to ensure proper vapor evacuation.

  • Total Structural Resilience: All of our flexible coated solutions are engineered to withstand rigorous cyclic tight bending, multidirectional tensile strain, and extended storage under harsh environmental conditions without experiencing performance decay or structural micro-fractures.

  1. Renewable Energy and Photovoltaics (Dual-Action Back-Module Protection) The operational efficiency of photovoltaic systems is heavily penalized by extreme climatic events: winter snow loads halt generation, while extreme summer overheating slashes the overall electrical yield of the cells. Integrating our technology onto the back-surface of the modules addresses both challenges.

  • Active Winter De-Icing: Powered at low voltage, the continuous coated layer integrated onto the rear of the panel operates as a uniform heating surface. It rapidly clears accumulated ice and snow, restoring full solar exposure and maximizing winter generation without subjecting the sensitive silicon cells to localized thermal shocks.

  • Passive Summer Thermal Mitigation: During peak solar exposure, when extreme ambient temperatures reduce panel efficiency, the system operates as a high-capacity thermal absorber. This passive protection buffers the extreme temperature spikes of the module, protecting its peak electrical performance even under direct, high-intensity summer solar radiation.

  1. Advanced Conductive Substrates and Functional Media. The evolution of clean-tech industries requires advanced media capable of ensuring highly stable electrical charge distribution while maintaining an open, macroporous matrix for structural integration.

  • High-Permeability Conductive Tracks: Leveraging the total synergy between highly porous fibrous substrates and the exceptional structural stability of the X-SULE® matrix, we engineer planar conductive structures. These layouts are ideal for specialized applications requiring structural flexibility, breathability, and uniform electrical distribution without restricting fluid or gas dynamics.

  1. High-Definition Printed Electronics Utilized. in its pure form as a high-stability, fluid technological formulation, the X-SULE® platform delivers outstanding performance in the field of modern flexible electronics and automated processing.

  • Flexible Circuits for Advanced Industries: Engineered for precision deposition via industrial printing, screen-printing, or automated spray systems onto ultra-thin, flexible, or porous substrates. It enables the seamless creation of flexible circuits, integrated antenna structures, and specialized interface layouts for automotive and consumer applications, ensuring absolute electrical consistency and total resistance to structural flexing.

X-BREATHE – Architectural Energy Harvesting & Advanced Remediation

Future Innovation Pipeline | Status: Advanced prototyping phase – Patent Pending for Industrial Invention.

X-BREATHE represents our premier deep-tech pipeline exploring the future of autonomous building envelopes and active structural risanamento. Conceived as an ultra-thin, highly breathable planar membrane, this system is designed to invert traditional energy dynamics by capturing structural interactions and transforming environmental factors directly into useful outputs.

  • The Core Functionality: The membrane is engineered as an ultra-thin, flexible planar cell integrated within a vapor-permeable fibrous matrix. The system activates autonomously in the presence of structural humidity, continuous capillary moisture, or condensation flows. Internal stabilization mechanisms are designed to maintain operational stability and constant performance over extended cycles, preventing the typical degradation associated with continuous fluid exposure.

  • Active Remediation and Micro-Generation Exploration: Developed on advanced, high-breathability substrates, the architecture incorporates specialized fluid-intercepting interfaces designed to draw and channel moisture away from structural masonry. By driving its internal processes through these natural fluid pathways, X-BREATHE aims to dry out damp walls actively from the inside out. Concurrently, the system explores the conversion of these localized environmental flows into a scalable, low-voltage electrical current, designed to interface with advanced storage setups to support long-term building self-sufficiency and smart grid integration.
